Updates!
I've finally updated my website, which never takes as long as I think it is going to take, but always seems to be an onerous task before I do it. Anyway, there is a new excerpt for my next US release, Count Toussaint's Baby, as well as behind the scenes info and photos, all on my booklist page. There is also a March short story on my Writing Stuff page, Triangles, which is not a romance but is one of my favorite things that I've ever written... do check it out and let me know what you think!I handed my last book in March 1 and have been working on a few other projects before I start my next manuscript. I'm writing a serial for the UK magazine The People's Friend; it's set in Greece in the current day as well as during WWII. I've been enjoying writing the two different time periods, but let's see what my editor thinks! I'm also working on a mainstream novel about two NYC mothers who become unlikely friends over the course of one summer. This is a real departure from my comfort zone, because I've never written this kind of thing before. I'm 30,000 words in and am trying to polish the first 100 pages to send to my agent, but it's the kind of thing where I endlessly nitpick and change a word or two because I'm so nervous to send it off.
And I actually wrote this blog post weeks ago but never managed to post it, so here it is in all of its glory! Happy Easter everyone!!
