September updates!
Have arrived, a bit delayed thanks to Hurricane Ike. My web designer lives in Texas, but she's up and running now. So check out my Sept newsletter as well as an autumn-themed short story--and hooray! Only two more scenes (about 2,000 words) to write of my novella!!

Shamefully neglecting this blog
because I'm on deadline--9,000 words left (plus revision) within a week. Eek! Life is just taking up too much time, but it does that, doesn't it? In fact, I posted about this very topic on
We Write Romance, if you want to check out their blog. Meanwhile back to Zoe and Andreas, caught up in family bitternesses and simmering passion on the shores of Lake Como!

Sorry for the silence
Here I was imagining I'd have all sorts of time when school started, and so far that has not been the case! By the time the apartment is tidied, errands run, lunches packed... well, there's just not that much left. Although I am 8 months pregnant and so am probably not at my most efficient!
I did manage to update my website with a newsletter and short story, and those should be online in the next day or two. I'm mid-novella, with about 13,000 words to go, before I attempt to tackle another book before the baby comes--I'm realizing this may be a tad ambitious!
Meanwhile you can check out a Podcast with Presents editors on eharlequin about the hallmarks of the line, aimed particularly at aspiring authors. Link to follow!
