Done!
Amazingly, miraculously, I managed to finish my book and hand it in Dec 1 as promised. This book was typed mostly one-handed and with a missing h key on my computer--if you noticed any dropped hs in my post, that is why. I have to push the little tab underneath the h key space to get it to work. But the book is done, and I feel like I have a new lease on life.Of course, I have another book due Feb 15, which is *not* that far away. (Who came up with these deadlines? Oh, wait. I did.) And with all the preChristmas madness, this should be interesting. I have--count 'em--twenty-five nieces and nephews. I am not kidding. My husband and I are both the youngest of five. So that's a lot of little presents. Plus Christmas cards, presents for grandparents, teachers, doormen and maintenance men of our apartment building, decorating, getting Anna's passport expedited... well! There is a lot to do.
BUT. I'm thinking of my next book, and I thought I'd conduct a little poll. So if you want a hand in my next book, tell me what kind of book you like. Marriage of convenience, revenge, shared history, secret baby? And what about the hero? Italian, Spanish, English, French, American, Greek? And the setting...? Glam city? Rural idyll? Greek island? I promise to take everyone's responses into consideration and you can win something too--leave a comment telling me what kind of book you like and I'll pick a winner from the responses. You can win a copy of one of my released books (The Italian's Chosen Wife, The Greek Tycoon's Convenient Bride, Ruthless Boss, Hired Wife, or The Italian's Bought Bride) PLUS a selection of chocolates from Dylan's Candy Bar, a famous candy store in NYC that we spend far too much time and money at (it's around the corner from my son's school and he knows this). Check it out here.
So, tell me what kind of book you like or even don't like!

Hi Kate,
How about a Spaniard and shared history? I love the have-known-you-all-my-life but suddenly I'm-in-love-with-you stories.

Hi Kate
Marriage of convenience is one of my favourites. An American Billionaire in NYC is my pic
Hey Kate
Marriage of convience has my pic too. French or American hero in a Glam setting
A marriage of convience in a glam setting with a Spanish or American hero. Pregnant heroine or business merger for the cause.
Congrats on finishing your book Kate.
Revenge, Italian or Spanish with me having tissues on hand.
