Hello from holidays
We're in Canada right now, enjoying a respite from urban living! Sorry for the silence... we've been here and there and everywhere, but in the meantime I have a few bits of good news to share: first, The Italian's Bought Bride has an official US release date of February 2009. Second, I heard back from my editor on book 7, the sheikh book whose writing process I'd been detailing on this blog. It needs some revision but not an overwhelming amount, which is always good news. So lots to due before this baby arrives in mid-October: revisions on book 7, a novella, and another book (ideally, annyway--do you think it will happen?)Meanwhile though I'm enjoying watching the Olympics... did anyone else's heart break for Alicia Sacramone? Tonight is the women's all around individual finals which is my favorite event to watch. As for Michael Phelps... it was thrilling at first, now it's just old hat :)
